pier

Noun

1. a structure that extends into the water and is used to protect, secure, and provide access to vessels.

2. a structure that supports the spans of a bridge.

Not long after the resurrection and ascension of Jesus, his followers began worshiping together weekly and also meeting regularly in homes to share their faith and lives with one another. We are thankful to be able to join in corporate worship each Sunday morning. We also have multiple options for you to get plugged into a small group of believers who will spend time each week in fellowship, study of God’s Word, prayer and Christian care for one another. We refer to these as “Pier Groups” as they provide refuge and access to other congregants as well as a bridge for visitors. Some groups meet in person and others meet online.
